FISH (Main Course): If you would like fish for your main course, please choose from one of the following options:
Saffron poached monkfish with cod cheek tempura, samphire, potatoes &
Pan roasted hake, tarragon potato gnocchi, wild mushroom, mushroom sauce and tarragon mayonnaise
Warm octopus salad with chilli mayonnaise
MEAT (Main Course): If you would like meat for your main course, please choose from one of the following options:
Rabbit loin stuffed with sausage meat & apricots, roasted shallot puree, kale & honey roasted baby carrot
Rump of lamb with slow cooked shoulder of lamb croquette, gratin Dauphinois, minted Pea puree, sugar snaps with juniper berry jus
Blackened west country sirloin with fondant potatoes, salted caramelised onion, parsley puree & truffle jus
Pork tenderloin & confit pork cheek with celeriac puree, runner beans & baby leeks & cider jus
VEGETARIAN (Main Course) If you would like to eat vegetarian for your main meal please choose from one of the following options:
Asparagus and broad beans risotto with lemon, fresh herbs and mascarpone
Squash, sage & goat’s cheese raviole with hazelnuts and a Parmesan emulsion
Jerusalem artichoke & oriental mushroom open pie with goat’s cheese & cashew mousse

Mini Pavlova with lime curd and summer fruits
Chocolate cake and custard ice cream
Panna cotta with mango, strawberry and passion fruit
